Ecstatic Dance Lisboa hosts monthly conscious movement gatherings at various venues around the city. It's not a class in the traditional sense. There's no choreography, no talking on the dance floor, just a DJ playing a carefully built arc of music while you move however your body wants to. It sounds a bit out there but it's genuinely one of the best workouts and stress relievers in Lisbon. The community is warm and diverse, and newcomers are always welcome. Come with an open mind.
