The Bakery is one of central Lisbon's favourite CrossFit boxes, housed in a converted old bakery near Gomes Freire. The space has loads of character and the community is genuinely warm. Coaches are experienced and keep classes tight, so you get proper attention on form. Drop ins are welcome at around 20 euros per session, which makes it a solid option if you're visiting Lisbon and want to keep up your training. The programming is well thought out and they cater to all levels.
