About
A beachside social wellness concept in Carcavelos combining heated movement classes, contrast therapy, and community. Five signature class types (Sculpt, Tone, Power, Melt, Restore) run in heated and non-heated formats. Downstairs is The Contrast Cave — a 25-person sauna and cold plunges from 0-4°C built for post-class recovery or social sessions with friends. There's also a health bar serving specialty coffee, cold-pressed juices, açaí bowls and healthy snacks, plus a cowork-friendly space steps from the beach. Beyond fitness, they run a run club, jazz nights, surf meet-ups, astrology nights, and community circles.
