FITQOR is a boutique reformer pilates studio in Cascais equipped with high end Align Pilates C8 Pro reformers with towers. Small group classes are capped at six participants, ensuring personal attention from the instructors. Bilingual in English and Portuguese, the studio also offers strength training and fitness assessments, with plans to expand into a full gym facility.
